I have been doing S&S pretty much as created (furthermore just one list of pullups) for around six months. I am Functioning the 32kg right now. Results to this point: I weigh the exact same but am Obviously leaner and carrying a tiny bit far more muscle.Thanks. I’ve been to the hunt for quite a while and owning trouble finding a shorter barrel. T
